A simple, fun online challenge to eat + move in sync with your hormones

Welcome!

This event is designed to help you experience a day of Living in Sync with your hormones.

You don’t need to do this perfectly — just complete 2 small tasks, join the challenge and learn with fellow friends.

How the mini challenge works...

Step 1: Take the Hormone Assessment

This assessment is just for your information so you can better understand what your body may be asking for right now.

It can also help if you decide you want more personalized support with a specific hormone pattern.

Step 2: Pick Your Meal + Workout

Next, choose the phase you’re in, then pick one of the meal options (3 choices) and you'll get a workout by phase.
You'll learn why in the group!

Once you submit, your selection will be sent to you by email or text.

How do you pick your meal? Follow the steps below.

What day of your menstrual cycle are you on?

Days 1 ( bleed) -10 are Power Phase

Days 11-15 are the Manifestation Phase

Days 16-19 are Power Phase ll

Days 20-30 are Nurture Phase

If you are in menopause or have had a hysterectomy, you can go by the day of the calendar month.

Now look at the calendar for next week and think about which day you want to make your meal.

Make sure that it falls in one of these phases as you compare it to your menstrual cycle.

Your Challenge Post (What to Share)

To be entered into the giveaway, post one photo in the community that includes:

✅ A note about your workout by phase (even a short one counts!)
